WATERSEAL IMPREGNATED BAMBOO ROD BY WRIGHT AND McGILL

This 8’6″ 3-piece, two-tip rod is in virtually new condition. All hardware, wraps, and cork are in excellent shape showing no sign of use. The dark impregnated finish sets off the yellow silk wraps and the burgundy maker’s label and matching bag and tube—a great piece of 1950s design. The rod weighs 5 ½ ounces, with 18/64” and 12/64” ferrules. It is best suited to a 6wt or 7wt line. Wright and McGill was the successor firm to the Goodwin Granger company, continuing their tradition of quality rods for Western waters.
