S.E. BOGDAN “LARGE TROUT” FLY REEL

This is the wide spool version of Bogdan’s full-size trout reel.  This is an all-black reel with an anodized frame and spool.  Direct drive, with a fixed check, and right hand wind. Diameter is 3 ¼” and it weighs 5 ½ ounces.  Rated for lines up to 7wt.  Comes with leather drawstring bag.  Bogdan’s craftsmanship and engineering are second to none.  This reel has had some use on the water and shows scuffing on the back rim, as shown.  Fine reel for larger trout, steelhead in a pinch, but fresh water only.  Great choice for Alaska, Argentina, or big water anywhere.  Here’s your chance to be someone who actually uses a Bogdan trout reel.
