RICHARD WHEATLEY FLY BOX, w/HARDY CLIPS
This is a 40-clip Wheatley 6” x 3 ½” x 1” box with 40 Hardy style clips. Hardy’s name and patent number 180863 appears on each bar of clips. The Hardy fly clips have a pocket to receive the point of each hook, unlike the Wheatley clips. Wheatley’s name appears on the end of the box with the familiar Wheatley lozenge and “Made in England.” The box has 39 nice smaller salmon flies.
