RICHARD WHEATLEY 110-CLIP FLY BOX, ENGLAND, 100 FLIES

This swing leaf box is fitted with 20 large clips and 70 medium clips. Superb configuration for larger flies.   Measures 6” x 3 ½” x 1”.  Marked “Wheatley Silmalloy” and “Made in England” with the small lozenge on the end.  Condition is excellent with a fine, bright finish.  Flies are hair wing patterns for salmon, steelhead, arctic char and other anadromous fish. Mostly singles with a few doubles.  Includes hard-to-find low-water patterns. Wheatley fly boxes have been proudly made by British craftsmen since the 19^th century.  884A
