ORVIS SEVEN FOUR BAMBOO FLY ROD

This is a superb 7’ three-piece rod with two tips.  Weight is 3 3/8 ounces, as marked.  Best with a 4wt line.  Serial number is 88345.  This is a newer rod with the lighter impregnated cane and resorcinol glue lines.  Node spacing is 3 by 3.  Features include a nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a hardwood spacer, 6’ superfine style cork, floppy ring hook keeper, Carboloy stripping guide, bright step-down ferrules, bright snake guides and tip-tops.  Wraps are gold silk tipped maroon.  Comes with the original bag and brass-capped tube.  Responsive rod–always a joy to cast. Condition is excellent plus.
