SOLD Orvis Madison Midge Bamboo Fly Rod

This is a Madison single tip Midge model, SN 55099. Length is 7′ 6″ and weight is 3 5/8 ounces as marked on the tube label. Marked for a 5wt. Condition is excellent with good ferrule fit, finish, and hardware. Orvis down locking reel seat over walnut, bent wire hook keeper, Mildrum stripper, bright snakes, blued NS ferrules, original bag and tube. The tip is slightly lighter cane color than the butt, but serial numbers were written by the same hand. Original bag and tube. The Midge is a lighter version of the popular Battenkill. Good all-around trout rod.
