ORVIS BATTENKILL IV FLY REEL,  LHW

Excellent Orvis Battenkill IV reel, lined with a WFF 8wt and backing, but showing no real evidence of use.  Comes with Orvis neoprene pouch.  This reel measures 3 5/8” outside diameter with a spool width of 1 1/8”.  Should handle lines through 9wt.  Features gear and pawl mechanism with an adjustable pawl spring to change tension. The spool has a outside rim for palming. Pawl changes sides of the reel to convert LH/RH.  The reel has a full frame with machined pillars for stability.  Great choice for Spey.
