Fine Orvis Battenkill reel made by BFR in England. This is the disk (or disc) version, following the earlier gear and pawl version. Reliable, solid reel. Finish is an extra-durable enamel. Design is frameless with the foot and line guard attached by screws. Drag adjustment is positive and easily actuated. Comes with a 3wt or 4wt full sink line and Orvis pouch.
