Here is a three-piece Orvis Battenkill weighing 4 ½ ounces. It is marked by Orvis for an HCF 7wt line. Orvis bamboo rods are usually best one line size under the marked line weight, so a 6wt is probably a good choice. Serial number is 59483. Condition is excellent. This rod has a little more beef than other 8’ Orvis Battenkills, so think windy afternoons or big water.
