Hardy St. George 3 3/8″ Fly Reel

Here is a fine St. George from the 1950s. Straight-line lettering on enamel, with a nickel-silver line guard, ridged bronze foot, and a duplicated Mark II check. Right hand only. Comes with a useable 5wt peach line and a soft leather case. Condition is fine with honest use evident in some minor losses to the enamel, as shown. Line guard is marked “Hardy’s Pat.,” and the spool has a single row of perforations. Great reel for fresh-water fishing with 5wt or 6wt lines.
