Hardy Silex Major Reel

Right hand wind 3 1/8″ reel with free spool/brake lever. The Silex reels were designed for ‘rings up’ casting, but are often used as a fly reel. Line capacity is adequate for a 5wt fly line and not much backing. Condition is very good with no cracks or major dings. Uncleaned finish preserves the attractive patina.
