HARDY PERFECT FLY REEL, 3 7/8”, ENGLAND

This is the largest size of the trout Perfects, suitable for lines through 8wt—will take a 9wt in a pinch.  This is a reel from the 1960s, with a smooth aluminum foot and solid brass internal parts, including winding plate axle, ball bearing race, and bushing.  Duplicated Mark II check, agate line guard, original Hardy vinyl zip case.  The reel is in fine condition with some finish wear on the rims and finish losses around the perforations on the back of the spool.  Bushing is tight and agate is perfect.  Comes with what looks like an 8wt sink tip line.  This is a great reel for steelhead, bass, pike, or other large fresh water fish.  With the line guard, right hand only.
