HARDY BOUGLE’ 3 ½” FLY REEL, ENGLAND   

Unused in the box 3 ½” Hardy Bougle’, packaged with paperwork and soft leather zip case.  Set for left hand wind, but easily converted.  Rated by Hardy for a 6wt line, but I think it could handle a 7wt.  Serial number A53722.  Features bright finish, rod in hand logo, revolving center pillar, simulated ivory grasp, Mark II duplicated check, and a proper drum retaining screw.  The Bougle’ design dates from 1903 and has always been a favored variant of the timeless Hardy Perfect.  This reel was made in England by dedicated British craftsmen.
