AIRFLO “BALANCE 57” FLY REEL, LHW

These distinctive reels were sold by the British company Airflo, maker of fly reels and fly lines.  The design and construction of these reels definitely nods to Art t’Hart, but it is unique and quite attractive.  The reel can be fished with the spool ahead of the foot or behind it, simply by changing the location of the foot on the frame with two Allen screws.  The reel is set up for LHW with the spool behind the foot.  It can change to the spool ahead configuration, or change LH/RH.  The reel is rated for lines 5wt-7wt, and is spooled with a WF 7 F.  Comes with a neoprene pouch.  Condition is excellent.
