This is an 8′ 6″ A&F 3-piece, 2-tip rod, probably made by Bristol (Edwards). Rod weight is 4 3/8 ounces and ferrules are 16/64″ and 10/64.” All original with possible re-wrap on the stripper. Aluminum down-locking reel seat over hardwood, cigar grip (wide cork), floppy ring hook keeper, agatine stripper, NS ferrules with rolled welt, blued steel snakes, replacement bag, and original tube. All sections are full length, ferrule fit is good. Condition is very good with excellent original finish, some blotching on the female butt ferrule wrap, evidence of aging on the finish of the reel seat spacer. This rod casts a 5wt or 6wt line very well.
